SONNY REYNOLDS
Founder & COO
Our founder, Sonny Reynolds, has been involved in the mortgage and finance industry for over 25 years. After graduating from the University of California Irvine with a degree in Computer Science and a Certificate in Financial Planning, he discovered his passion for helping people to achieve the American dream.
Sonny began his career at SC Funding and Ditech, where he realized that most clients followed the traditional path of acquiring a 30-year mortgage, simply because that was what their parents and grandparents had done. After stepping out on his own, Sonny and his team at AS IS Lending have assisted many happy clients by exploring appropriate options customized to fit each client’s individual investment and home ownership goals.
